Alain is one of the set’s juniors who enjoys varied practice but he keeps a particular focus on Immigration and Asylum Law, Employment Law and Commercial Litigation.
As a pupil of Mr Adedamola Aderemi, he was involved in a number of high profile and high value Arbitration matters as well High Court.

Family Law cases (N. M. Ogbedo v Moses Taiga [2012] and several complex POCA cases.
Prior to commencing pupillage at G. D . Tetteh Chambers, Alain completed pupillage at the Chambers of Mr. Ivan Collendavelloo, Senior Counsel, and Georges Ng Wong Hing, SA, in Mauritius, and is also admitted to the Mauritian Bar. He keeps a very close connection with colleagues in Mauritius.

Before coming to the Bar, Alain taught Law and Media Studies at the University of Reunion Island (French overseas department). He studied French Law at the University of Paris X and Paris-Sorbonne before joining Kent Law School at a much later stage for his undergraduate degree and ICSL for his Bar finals.
